They did not finish the job correctly, they promised to re-do the job for me, but they ran away and left the job terrible. Stay away from them!

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Not professional , not on time ,didn't call to,say they would be late. Didn't have the equipment needed for the job. I made it very clear to them when I called the morning of the service that I need my down spouts serviced telling themthe straps had broke and this was a two story house. When he showed up 45 minutes late the first thing he says is I have no way of getting up there. I will never use this company for any handyman work in the further and will never recommend then to no one.

nice man. called and discussed the work. came as promised. yard had gotten out of control due to heavy rains and some other issues. He cleaned it all up. Went back after mowing on riding mower and pushed it again due to large amount of clippings. Very pleased. FOLLOW UP: first time he came to home did good job. I scheduled him two weeks ago for 10/15 Fall Cleanup and confirmed prior to job. HE DID NOT SHOW UP NOR DID HE CALL. I had out of town company coming the next day and was counting on his help. Just another unreliable lawn service. they are a dime a dozen.

I have never had such a terrible experience. My yard was uneven. Some places appeared to be cut down to nothing while others appeared descent. Grass clippings were bunched up and left all over the yard. In addition, I asked for a mulch bed clean out. We clearly have different expectations of a mulch bed clean out. Lastly, my rose bushes look hideous. I understand that I wasn't here to coach him as to how they should appear, but I don't feel I should have to coach a professional on how to provide better than the ten year old down the road results. When I spoke to him about it, he didn't own that he had done a terrible job. He just stated it would have been better if I had been here to coach him on exactly what I wanted. Then had the nerve to request full payment. Poor experience all the way around. I wish I could post pictures. I assure that none of this is an exaggeration.

"This customer was impossible to please his yard was out of control and and he wanted everything done for free wanted me to pay for mulch and put weed stop down for free he only payed for yard mowing and hedge trimming and I hauled all of his old scraps off"

These guys are great!!!!! Contacted one day when I got off work, they came right over mowed lawn. Worded until too dark to see, then came back next day to edge and finish. Would recommend them to anyone who need honest, fast workers with great attitudes. They also trimmed bushes and cleaned out overgrown flower beds. Well worth the price they charge.
