I had the most horrendous experience with this company. Overall the project turned out well but the customer service was horrible. The paint color was wrong, it was corrected but the owner Brian, didn't believe me initially. I was called everything from "too picky" "over the top." I also had some quality concerns, sloppy caulking minimal paint prep ( no light sanding, just minimal scraping) the first paint team left the job incomplete and I made numerous calls to the office and owner, then I was advised they quit. It took approx 48hrs before another team came out. I am glad it's over NEVER, EVER WOULD I WANT TO WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

To his credit, Brian intended to fire the men who worked on my project. They misplaced flower brackets,killed the tops of my privet hedge,took a gouge out of my top wood step,burned hole in my grass, power-washed flowers, killed pachysandra, painted my chimney without using masonry paint right before it rained, neglected to prep a couple of small windows. To Brian's credit he did not charge me for the work and assured me it was not up to his standards. For that reason I've not been inclined to leave this message with you, but my friend, an attorney suggested it would be in my best interest to do so.

They did a good job and came back to re-do one area that was not uniform. I would recommend. My only complaint was not getting a call for over a week once we decided to go with them.
