Pricing was great, but there were damages done during project that was promised to be repaired and they have not returned.

They quoted separate prices for insulation as well as installation of attic flooring. They installed the insulation but reneged on the attic flooring claiming their estimate was too low due to a miscommunication on their end. The worker left and never returned. His wife and co-owner who provided the estimate sent a revised invoice but never called to apologize for the bait and switch until after I sent an angry email. The work performed was OK but they did not deliver what was promised and for that I will not use them again or recommend them to others.

The guys that showed up looked like they just got out of jail. One of the guys that did the work texted me later asking for money and then noticed that he tried to triple charge my credit card for the work. I had to cancel my card and challenge the charges at a great inconvenience to me. I called the owner to make him aware and didn't get much of any response for a week. He called me back and said he fired the employee that tried to scam me but also tried to guilt trip me like I did something wrong and offered no discount for my inconvenience.

I didn't have to wait on them. They arrived before the scheuled time. Mike and John were very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up well when finished and did what I feel was an excellent job. I'm very satisfied.
