They were very courteous, they had call me to verify my appointment and to let me know they would still be there on time maybe a little sooner. Once they arrive at my house they seen that I was having trouble locating the other inspection cover and offer to help me find it. Once they did find it they were very professional and helpful on maintaining my septic. I would definitely recommend them.
