Fast and efficient. My once brown stairs are now white again. He was up front and honest about any stains that he might not be able to remove. He was able to remove all but 2, which I knew he wouldnt be able to remove those 2. I would hire them again.

He was very professional. Called when he said he would call. He had a little problem with his truck so he could not come on the day specified. This was a big inconvenience for me as I took the day off to have this done. He came the next day and I had my dad stay while he cleaned. He made good on the price and gave me a discount for my troubles.

We had relatively small areas to be cleaned plus one wool rug. The carpet looks fine, but once the rug was put back into the great room (it was cleaned in the garage), it appears just as dirty as it was before. I'm still going to have to have someone re-do the rug, so it was money lost on our end. You need a "not sure" category as to whether this service would be recommended to a friend.

Action Service Team was able to schedule us immediately. They arrived promptly and discussed the work to be done and addressed any questions that I had. They worked quickly, thoroughly and were highly focused on customer service. The work was excellent and I would definitely contact them again and will refer them to friends.
