Good people

A+ customer service, A+ knowledgeable, A+ professional/personable, A+ prompt, A+ took time to answer ALL questions, A+ quality work Thank you to Jason, Roy & Isaiah for termite treatment

We had spikes and cages installed on our roof to keep birds away. After a month some spikes came off. The company came back out and fixed the loose pieces without a hassle. No issues since.

Scott came out and put our mind at ease in regards to our termite scare. He also took the time to explain and examine the areas we were most worried about.

Great service and they spent extra time cleaning up, excellent!

Action Termite Control was prompt and courteous. They did a termite inspection for my home re-fi, but I will go back to them for my pest control issues. Thanks, guys!

Did a nice job in inspecting the house for termites.

respectful and efficient

They were fast and efficient in their service

I worked with RJ who communicated with me and explained the inspection process and the treatment plan. Their price was higher than other companies, however, the service was worth the extra money spent. I recommend if you are looking for a detailed report for the mortgage company or if you want to have your home serviced for termites.

They show up on time, for an estimate and to do the work. Everyone was awesome and they did a great job. Highly recommended!

Quick service, took care of the problem in a short time and left the area around my house neat and clean

Excellent, quick service. Very knowledgeable and the estimate and price to treat was very affordable.

They "guarantee" their work but when the pigeons simply moved to a different window on the house, they said their "warranty" did not cover that. Then when I asked them how much to get rid of the birds completely, they came back with a bid that was 3 times as much as the original work. They might be okay to treat termites but I would not hire them to do bird control.

Fast reply to my request, inspection performed the next day and the final remediation was performed the following day - all within the appointment windows arranged. All employees were EXTREMELY helpful, polite and were willing to help educate me when I asked questions. Highly recommended company.

They did a great job and very professional

Professional, great work, i would hire them again in a minute.

Paul was our tech, very thorough, & pleasant for the $1000 contract. He trenched and angle drilled all around the house. Of course, as each hole was filled to overflowing, the excess flowed over our front/back porch tiles. He did TRY to wipe the excess chemicals away with a rag, but it left a thin layer of the chemicals on the front and back tiles. Since my spraying with a hose and wiping with a rag towel doesn't clean it, I'll spend an afternoon scrubbing with soaps so I don't track it in&out of the house. I give 5 stars when a contractor leaves no cleanup for the owner. Paul's schedule just didn't allow for this, (not his fault), since although he worked VERY hard all afternoon, he'd had 2 other partial/update treatments that morning. Of course only time will tell as to the termites since the work was just completed, but I feel pretty confident it will work.

They came promptly began work and finished as they promised. They were fast, clean and efficient. Would recommend them.

No pressure at all. I had been contacted by one of the other businesses (unsolicited, I might add because I opted to select my professional) and there was a very strong sales pitch and he even bad-mouthed Action! This was totally in contrast to Action's response when I mentioned this other business. That was what impressed me the most.

TECH WAS A REAL QORKWE ...
