Active Concrete Pacific

Unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. Select this vendor at your own peril. Was informed by Home Advisor that Active Concrete Pacific had good reviews prior to 2018. My frustrating experiences with Billy from Active Concrete Pacific began in September of 2018 and ran to September, 2019. At that point, Billy had my money, but had only partially completed the job over the course of a full year! Many times he gave me days and times for the work to get done, I adjusted my scheduled, but he failed to show. The actual work done, a small part of the overall job that I paid for, was of fair to poor quality. My partner ended up completing crack repair, buying the sealer that I had already paid Billy for, and applied the concrete sealer himself in September, 2019. By that time in 2019 winter was again approaching, and Billy had strung me along for so many months that it was too late to get another contractor. Billy had promised on 9/18/18 to get the crack repair and concrete sealer done the very next day if I paid him in full. Don't ever pay Billy from Active Concrete Pacific in advance for anything! Better yet, don't give him a chance to rip you off as he did me. Choose a different concrete vendor.

Good work They lacked some equipment but with encouragement they rented a compactor and gas concrete saw.

Received competitive bid within 72 hours. Construction team arrived on time; worked diligently a full 8 hours a day for 3 days & the project was finished. We were satisfied with overall experience and project outcome.

I would have like to have more professionalism from the employees. I didn't like having to correct workers. I have a beautiful deck which I am proud of. Great work overall.

The only problem was changing amount because he found some wood was rotten. He charged for extra wood which I was happy to pay. He tried to be charge for extra time... but he didn't take longer than he had estimated. I explained why i was not going to pay more. I dont think he was happy but he accepeted it. The work itself was well done

Showed up when they said they would. Were efficient finished the job in time they said they would. Overall happy with their work

We are very pleased with our new sidewalks and steps leading to both the front and side doors. Billy and his crew did it a wonderful job in a timely manner! Also, the price was affordable when compared to the other bids. Thumbs up!

They did beautiful work and it lasted through the winter and still no cracks.
