Active Paving

I am sitting outside and watching both Mr Small and (younger) Mr Small filling a drive way that was nothing but mud and grass. We tired everything and nothing worked on that drive way. Its been a pain for a few years. I just happened to be home when they came by. My husband and I really did not know what we were going to do with the muddy driveway. They were the answer to a problem and they did a fabulous job. They are very polite and they explained everything to me on the maintenance of preventing the grass from coming back. The did three different size driveways and I already have had a few neighbors tell me how great it looks. I am so pleased. I would recommened them 150%. They take pride in their work and they left nothing behind. Thank you guys it was a blessing to meet you.

My previous review failed to justify my complaints so I am writing another one. Terrible experience. If I can give a 0, I will. I feel completely duped and cheated that Benny did not do what he was supposed to complete professionally. I hired Benny to seal our asphalt driveway. He initially wanted me to pre pay the work but instead he finally agreed that I will pay him cash when the job gets done. We were supposed to meet on a Sunday but he did not even call that day to reschedule. He finally contacted me that he can do the job Monday and I agreed. He haphazardly did the job and called it complete. All my neighbors even feel sorry for me that I paid him for a poor job. My neighbors even provided pictures thinking that he will come back and correct his job. All he did basically is sprayed Round Up or some weedkiller spray on the weeds and sprayed the seal, which I am not even sure if it is a real seal or not. The asphalt seal job is supposed to remove the weeds with a weed wacker, apply a sealant to the cracks, blow clean the driveway and apply the asphalt seal. All in all, he did a 30min job of just spraying the seal from his truck. I am normally a calm person and I try to give praise to a job well done. Unfortunately, this is not the case here with this company. I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy. Hire him at your own risk. Now, I have to repay someone else to do the job correctly that he failed to do for us. If you need pictures of what he had done to our driveway, just let me know.

Benny did a gorgeous job on our driveway. It turned out perfect and my driveway is the envy of the neighborhood. We used the Best Sealing product made and it is beyond perfect. Benny explained everything to us and really spent a lot of time making sure the job was100% to our liking. What a great little Company that does such nice work! We spoke on the phone and I sent pictures. We agreed on a fee and he came the next afternoon to view the work and write up a contract. Mr Small came today and finished the job. We were delighted to describe the job on Thursday and have it completed on Saturday.

Everything on top, great work, great service, nice friendly people, cleans up after and would most definitely acquire their services again in the future.
