Acuna's Polar Aire

I HIGHLY recommend Acuna's Polar Aire and will never use anyone else. Mike's unparalleled honesty and integrity is priceless. Combine that with his incredibly prompt responsiveness and very reasonable prices...well, that's how you get lifelong customers right there. When my wife noticed our A/C unit had been on all night and not cooling down the house at all, I figured we were probably due to replace our 17-year-old unit. After all, another "salesy" company had already told us we "definitely" needed a new unit several years ago. When Mike showed up (same day by the way), I mentioned (stupidly) that maybe we just need to get a new unit at this point. He ended up talking me OUT of a new unit, managed to diagnose the issue (Freon was low) in literally about 2 minutes, and had ice cold air blowing through our house in what must have been record time. On top of that, he then expertly explained the issue to me (our unit had frozen due to a PSI issue, stemming from low Freon), what to watch for in the future, and how to monitor the system (filters etc.) to keep our costs low and get the most out of our current unit. Complete honesty and pride of ownership by Mike, and seriously one of the best run companies I have ever come across. Period. I can't recommend them enough.

I have recommended them to many of my friends and in some cases they recommended waiting on a full new install because they were able to fix a problem where most companies would sell you new when not necessarily needed yet!
