I needed my heating air ducts cleaned because debris was coming out of the vent when the heat came on. I was very satisfied with my experience on the phone and in person. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was kept informed at all times of what was found and what would be done. I thought I would have to vacuum up the debris that came out of the vents onto the floor, but they cleaned all of that up. I especially liked the fact that, after contacting them, I was e-mailed an itemized list of what each thing would cost, and there were no surprise hidden costs when they came to do the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Our dryer vent was so full we were having to do the dryer cycle twice and sometimes three times. Then when we had the heavy rain, we started getting a mildew smell. Adair's crew were able to clean out the whole line and check it with their camera equipment to make sure it was completely empty. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the crew, and we plan to use them again for maintenance cleanings in the future.
