Adam explained everything to me about what needed to be done !! We had a ventilation problem causing sewer smell in our home. Adam fix the problem at a great cost. I highly recommend if you want excellent service Adam is very honest. He does not do any unnecessary work.

Called Adam Marks to come and fix outdoor faucet. The owner picked up the call directly and scheduled an appointment that same afternoon to take a look. When he came over he was very pleasant and quickly diagnosed it a "user error"! I had inadvertently shut off the water to the faucet when I fixed a leak in my kitchen sink... He was very niece and did not make me feel like a total fool, but even better he did not charge me for the visit! So if you are looking for an honest plumber, with a sense of humor, I would highly recommend!

Adam was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a problem that could have been potentially tricky, and he came up with a creative solution that not only fixed the problem but prevented us from having to do additional repair work. Adam was extremely friendly and honest with his quote. I called him to estimate on a leak in a cracked/rusted out cast iron pipe. He gave me estimates for various scopes of work, walked me through the basement for what & why he suggested replacing things. And he gave me a great price for the size and quality of work I received. Work was completed fall 2018.
