I needed my chimney cap installed. They came and measured and I clearly ordered a cap that covered the entire opening of the chimney. They ordered the part and said the cap was in. Trying to schedule the install took 3 appointments all cancelled by them after I took time off of work to be available. They THEN came at a time they knew I was not going to be home and installed a cap that was much smaller than what I ordered. I knew right away after coming home that this is not what I ordered or what we agreed upon. Either they didn't have the product or they were not knowledgeable. They then reinstalled my old caps and said they would reorder the correct caps. I had to call to get this corrected and the representative was extremely angry and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Diagnosed and repaired a difficult to find leak between a window and siding near the roof line. Removed siding and installed ice and water barrier to prevent recurrence. Arrived on time. Courteous. Left area clean. Excellent service.

So far they have not impressed me. Sales Manager (Robert) came out as scheduled. Wrote up contract for roof cleaning and roof replacement on small area rear of home. They called to schedule and when I returned the call, I could not get through (Voice mail from Hell). Finally called Robert's cell and was told he would schedule for Sunday May 15th. I have no idea if they will show up or not. Never got a call back, never got a time. Not sure what is happening.

The crew arrived in a professionally lettered vehicle, and introduced themselves. They worked efficiently keeping me advised of progress. When roof was removed rafters needed to be replaced. Pictures were taken of the damage so that I could see it for myself, before I authorized the additional cost, which the estimator told me might occur in advance of beginning the project. The work was completed in one day, and they cleaned up after themselves. I felt they were competent and professional all the way,and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our experience was pleasurable from the sales person who gave us excellent advice to the workmen who installed our roof vents. The roofers were on time, cleaned up the yard nicely and did a good job. They got the work done within a reasonable amt. of time, however, didn't tell me separate people would come for the roofing & guttters. I had to call when job wasn't complete to find out. That I was upset with due to lack of communication from them. Also, they never replaced gutters in one area like I asked. I let it go, cause I had to ask them a few times and that got sickening. But, for the materials, pricing & time frame for completion I found no better anywhere else. Oh and they did an awesome job with their cleanup afterwards!

They came out very quickly and provided a very competitive quote. The work was completed in just and afternoon and everything was cleaned up very nicely. Only issue was that there was little communication between signing the contract and the date they arrived. I knew I was in the schedule and waiting for a dry day to replace my flat roof, but only realized they were coming when they showed up!

Nick Peters, the rep from Adam "Quenneville fixed the problem on the spot for a reasonable fee....I'm sure he could have given me a higher estimate and come back at a later date and repaired the problem...but he was helpful and solved the problem on the estimate call...He pointed out that the rear portion of the roof needs some attention and gave me a quote on that repair...I will address that problem when I hear back from my ins. co....I'm was very pleased with Nick Peters and Adam Quenneville Roofing.....I would recomend them highly..
