My daughter had remodeling work done in her home. She also had an older dog that because of her age was having accidents in the house. Between the 2 major reasons to have a carpet cleaned we called Adams Carpet Cleaning Co. I explained to the lady at Adams that this wouldn't be an in-and-out job because of the urine and remodeling dirt/sawdust. She assured me the cleaner (Mike) would do his best. AND HE DID. He went above and beyond the call...the rugs looked fantastic. I am planning on having Adams come out and do my home very soon. Chris

I paid $1,000 to have walls, floors, and carpeting in 1100 square foot ranch with partially finished basement. This was a couple of weeks ago and the only reason I have waited this long is because I was waiting for the sectional that they broke to be fixed buy another company. Therein is the higher rating for customer service. While they did a couple of extras like clean the carpets inside three small closets and a half-assed cleaning of a vent in the bathroom, they did not even do the backside of the same bathroom door which is white and still had smudges and dust collection. I am still finding areas on the walls in each room that I can simply run a wet sponge across and smudges and marks come off. Four young guys showed up in a show of force and the owner as well. The owner got right in and I chatted with him as he detailed my kitchen cupboards and shared a very interesting story of his company's growth. However, he had to micromanage the staff on basic cleaning tips. And there was much more jibber- jabbering going on of the staff than the level of work one would expect for a $1,000 bill to clean the home I had just bought and wanted a fresh start. For what they did the charge was an exorbitant amount. The owner provided good information and tips on some mold that was found on a tiny corner of a ceiling and how to eradicate that but for the price they should have included ceilings. However, given the quality of work performed on the walls, what would be the use? The overall HomeAdvisor experience was terrible. I initially had a quote from another company for $220 Who provided an inactive contact number and never followed up despite having an appointment time. Supposedly I was to receive 15% discount for this being my first HomeAdvisor project. I lost that opportunity because I canceled within 24 hours because I had not heard from them to discuss details. I feel like I've been ripped off and what's even worse is the agency knows my address. Totally dismal experience for a new homeowner.

The furniture was not moved. They only clean the area that was open but the areas that got cleaned were cleaned properly and the stains were removed.

Forgot two walls and where they couldn't reach the upper stairway, they just left it. The living room ceiling looks worse now than it did to begin with

Ashley was very professional and prompt in reaching out to me. While I was not present during the job, my husband was very impressed with the efficiency of the workers. Also, there was a reduction in the cost when they learned that 3 of the bedroom ceilings could not be washed. Very happy with work product!

My appointment was at 8 am and he didn't get here until 9:30 with no phone call or explanation. That being said, the young man was very personable and did an excellent job on the carpet. I would hire them again.

I thought my carpets needed to be replaced, but all they needed was a great cleaning! They were friendly, professional and good at what they do. They took extra time on some bad stains at no extra charge. I will definitely use this company again.
