We hired Ken to fix a couple of sticking doors. He did such a nice, fast job we had him rebuild the kitchen steps. He educated u son the railing requirements, and built nice steps. Then we had him replace a door. Wham, bam, done in no time. So we had him demise an old hot tub and rebuild the back deck. He found several different decking materials, provided costs for each, and installed the one we selected. Throughout, Ken was willing to work with our schedules, and to modify the task as we went along and changed our minds about details.

I called to get a quote and Ken was super professional. Great experience and great work. Ken is very dependable, and his pricing was fair. I would definitely be giving him a call back for any future projects!

Ken was able to quickly solve our front door needs and did so in a professional and timely manner. Given this project we will absolutely use him for future home projects in the near future.

Great work overall considering the number of total tasks required. Organized and multitasked well to ensure that each sub-project was being worked which eliminates unnecessary delays. Made suggestions and changes that updated current fixtures for newer ones. Very friendly and accommodating.

Ken was very responsive with our request for repairs. He took the time to discuss the project and was very reasonable with his pricing. I’d highly recommend him.

What a joke. The guy comes out, looks at the job, gives me a bid. I tell him I want to move forward. We had discussed in person as well as by email that I had a tight window to work with and time was of the essence. We schedule the start date approx. 1 month later to start. The day comes, no one shows. No calls, emails, NOTHING. I contact him the following day asking what was up. Was told that we never scheduled, EVEN THOUGH OUR EMAIL THREAD CLEARLY SHOWS WE DID. Then the guy backs off of that claim and says that I never signed his proposal or gave him the 1/3 down payment for the job. Even though I was not asked to sign his proposal or asked to send him up front money. I do send multiple emails and am never given those instructions. When I point this out to the guy he continues to say that is industry standard.I am not a contractor nor do I hire them very often. I am, although, a local Realtor for the last 25 years. If I were to run my business this way I am afraid I wouldn't have any business. I would never use this business and would have to say beware. I am happy to supply anyone who requests my email thread with this clown. I am telling this exactly how it went down and showing the proof of that would be a pleasure. If Adams Construction drops the ball it is very obvious that they will somehow try to pass the blame onto you. Absolutely comical. BEWARE!

They take their time and do the job right!!!

Ken is a true profectionist. Do not ask him for production work, he has his own deliberate pace. My only criticism is the roof repair associated with the wonderful rafter replacement.

They are committed and work very quickly. My job is still pending due to my lack of materials but they are on time....

Prompt professional and fair. Explained everything he was doing and even came back on another day to make sure his work was done right and he even helped the Glass company out.

So far this isnt going well. We had him come and quote us early June. 6/12 we put down small deposit. Its taken 2.5 months to have absolutely nothing done. Contactor was supposed to come today 8/11 as door came in last week. I have to keep calling for updates... this morning get a call saying door never came in! WTF. Why? 2.5 months has not been enough time to get the damn door from home depot???

Ken was very professional and his work excellent. He worked on replacing worn eaves and surrounding trim, painted the area etc. I'd highly recommend Ken.

Adams Construction is a first class outfit delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

I have hired them but work will need to wait until rain stops and weather warms up so I can't attest to the quality of their work yet.

The guy was timely, nice, and did a good job. It was a very simple cabinet drawer fix but nobody else would do it in my area so I really appreciated that he did the job. Meant a lot to me.
