Blinds or Shades - Install or Replace
Would not advise buying the roller blinds with a mechanism - we are having a nightmare with them being sporadic, jumping off and ultimately damaged. The ones with pulleys are fine, they offered to remedy by putting pulleys on the blinds however would have to take them all down and take them to a factory again - after a 3-week Initial wait.

"The only reason it took 3 weeks was because the client did not return calls, text messages and emails. Nothing was wrong with the shades, it was an operator error but I did agree to put clutch rollers on the shades to eliminate this operator error but the client refused the offer. We strive to make all our clients happy with our products, we are sorry that this one did not work out, but we tried!"

I was pleased with Phil's quick response (next day) to measure and provide a proposal for my 4 second story windows. The price was rather high but I decided to go with it anyway. However, when installed, one window shade will not open/close properly due to the window not being square. Interestingly, during the measuring, I had asked Phil why he wasn't taking more than one measurement each way and he said he didn't believe it was necessary. Installation: My 86 year old mother was home during installation and accepted the work. When I came home and saw the issue, I immediately called Phil. He was upset with his installer and said he would talk to him and call me back...that was over 2 weeks ago and still no call back.
