Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Responded immediately. Had the option of an after-hours/emergency water heater replacement (slightly higher price) or he could be out first thing the next morning. We opted for the next morning and had him install a mix valve too plus some other odd jobs while he was here. Great service! Great experience! We will definitely have him back to do more work for us in the near future.

it was a great experience. it has restored my faith in contractors & other maintenance professionals. his rates are extremely reasonable, he responded to my requests in a timely manner. he charged only for the work that I asked him to do. he did not suggest ripoff warranties. Wichita's home maintenance contractor's are ridiculously high priced. albert is a welcome exception.

Albert called me within 1 miute of recieving my alert,and was at my home within 2 hours!!! He and his assistant,Craig,were so nice,and so helpful! They explained the whole process,advised to me on what to buy to keep this problem from costing me more in the future,and they even helped me figure out how to fix my running toilet,for nothing! Albert also said that i could feel free to call for advice on any DIY project anytime,no charge!! I highly recommend this local company,THEY ROCK!!!!

Called us quickly, gave us a quote over the phone which other companies would not do. The final bill ended up not being as much as the quote. They were in and out within a few hours and provided us with a dehumidifier to help with the basement. Very satisfied with the work and the company.
