Keith Adams did a horrible job on my driveway. He left three big humps where the loads were dumped at the top of my driveway, and not enough gravel at the bottom. Very sloppy. There are ruts and low spots. He also ran his spreader into the woods off the driveway and scraped my wisteria, pushed it back 30 feet, killing everything leaving it in a pile. I asked him to please fix it, and he gave me a speech about how his costs were lower than a ?normal? driveway. I asked him what made him think I didn?t want a normal driveway. He refused to fix it. If you want a normal driveway don?t use James Keith Adams.

"I really try my best to make every one happy. I also know that some people will not be happy no matter how hard you try. This job here, I actually took extra time on it. I had taken extra care into it. I do not to go back and forth with these reviews to the point it is arguing. Arguing is not a professional way to do business and it has now come to this. When I done the estimate I explained to the customer that I do not use a roller during the install. Once I completed the job this customer demanded I come back to roll it. I explained to her that if I was to start rolling driveways, I would haft to double my price. The roller attachment cost about $13000, when my machine is on tracks and weights 11000 lbs. The tracks on the machine alone pack the gravel down. Once I told the customer that I would not be rolling it at the price I was paid she had become very hostile. Amy had changed from her story from the rolling the drive to a bump at the end of the drive way. The bump she is talking about is the transition from hard ball to gravel. Amy you have changed your story from those two things to several more claims. You have sent me several threatening text that is uncalled for, you have only demonstrated that you are only trying to cause other people harm. I am sure that any further customers will understand that if a customer becomes hostile by sending threats, it will only cause a break down in the business relationship. Once this has happen I can not return to a residence. My company strives to maintain safety, in todays times we can not take any risk. I strive to make every customer happy. and Excavating does take pride in our work, this is the first experience we have had to decline visit a customer at their home due to feeling threatened. This is a sad moment and I am truly sorry this has turned out this way. I can say that these claims are not true, as for Amy God bless you."

We had a driveway installed with gravel, and Keith was amazing! He was friendly and on time. His team did an amazing job and delivered exactly what he said he would. We will be hiring him in the near future to do more outdoor projects. Fair price for the service you receive.
