Adam's Flooring

I used Justin(I was always calling him Jason?) approximately a year ago for lots of work to be done in a home I just purchased. He was recommended by someone so I decided to use him. He did some fencing work. He removed replaced the entire upstairs flooring in my home, including the loft landing area and stairs. The upstairs itself has 4BRs 3baths. I also was going to use him to redo ALL my bathrooms(glad I did not) Anyways he supposedly warranted his work for 15-20 years so he said. I used everyone he told me to use to buy my products even when IK he was getting over on me. IG he figured since I am a woman it's ok to get over, but IK about things cause this is my first home. In other words, his work is coming apart I have tried calling & messaging him for the past 6 months but he was not responding whatsoever. I even called messaged him today that I was giving him another chance before I wrote this review. STILL NOTHING! His voicemail is now full & amp; amp; IK he's getting my texts to cause it's telling me they have been read as well as my missed calls. I have a special needs son & amp; amp; him I am tripping over the loose nose lips on the stairs. I even asked him if he could just let me know what to do, he STILL will NOT respond. Such a sad pathetic so-called business person. It took everything for me to finally write this but enough is enough Justin your customer service & business skills stink. The next stop is me suing you before we get hurt. It is horrible the bad customer service & things we have to constantly deal with when we're paying our $$ getting short of everything we deserve and promised.

Owner, Justin Adams told me it would take a week for a project. Three weeks later he still is not done. He keeps promising he will come back and finish. Do not pay him an advance, he will take the money and run.

Very good people to work with, friendly hard working individuals who get the job done and in a very professional manner. My house looks amazing now thanks to adams flooring!!! Thank you I highly recommend oh and very competitive rates as well.
