Hired to install E Glass window, The window fail inspection due to drainage and my basement has been flooding for the past three months. When contacted about the problem they said that there was no problem even after the inspector contacted them to let them know that it failed the inspection.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Using Adam's was one of the worst experiences of my life. The work they did on our foundation was poor and unnecessary. They are supposed to be the experts and they certainly are NOT. We hired a structural engineer to assess the work Adam's did, he said it was a waste. He concluded the work Adam's did should have never been done and was not the solution to our issue. In addition, we learned the actual work was not even done properly. The videos I posted w/ this are just one of the many issues we had. Don't trust them!

Justin is honest and prompt. He found the source of the leak in my basement and his repair has held perfectly for the last 11 months. His cost was $2000.00 less than that of the cpmpeting company. Highly recommended!

First they give me a bid on the phone when I first called. The day of the work they called and said price would be $90 more because Nu-Way quoted them the wrong price for the supplies. Left mud on my front porch. Left the spade that they borrowed from me that they didn't have to do the work on my patio after they were done instead of putting it back where it came from.

"I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations Jim. We were in fact miss quoted on the material cost. And that's why we called before the job started to advise of the price change and ask if you still wanted us to proceed with the project. The day of the project we were digging in mud around the perimeter of the porch, it was swept off, however we couldn't use a hose to wash it off because of the fresh caulk around the perimeter. I do agree, we forgot to put your shovel back in the garage and we should have."

These guys are real pros. Thirty year dry finished basement bedroom suddenly getting wet. Jackhammered out 25' of concrete floor along base of wall (no concrete dust from saw), installed sump pump system. Cleaned up. In and out in one day as promised.

When I first spoke with Justin from Adams Crack Repair, it was nothing but top notch. He was able to come out within 24 hours and give me a no hassle quote, was honest and very fair. I had shopped around calling bigger companies helitech and woods basement systems and their #1 goal was to sell me something that i wasn't looking for. When he came to the house he was very professional and knowledgeable about the over 50 feet of vertical and horizontal cracks and was repaired in one day. The price was more than fair and I would highly recommend.
