TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAIN ANY PROBLEMS TO ME IN A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WAY. MY HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS ARE COMBINED IN ONE UNIT; SO, I TRY TO DO PREVENTIVE MAINTENCE. I HAVE THEM TO COME OUT AND CHECK UNIT FOR THE SUMMER AND THE WINTER. THEY ACCOMADATE ME BY WORKING AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I FOUND THIS COMPANY WHEN MY OTHER A/C HEAT UNIT WAS RED FLAGGED BY THE GAS COMPANY IN THE DEAD OF WINTER. I CALLED WHAT SEEMED LIKE EVERY COMPANY IN TOWN TO HELP ME AND THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD COME ON OUT. THE OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED WERE OVERLOADED WITH WORK OR THEY COULD COMEOUT UNTIL TWO WEEKS OR THEY HAD TO ORDER THE UNIT AND IT TAKE SEVERAL A WEEK OR MORE. THE ADAMS COMPANY CAME ON OUT GOT ME A UNIT AND IN 2 DAYS AND MY HOUSE WAS WARM AND SAFE TO STAY IN. A SMALLER COMPANY DID THIS WORK FOR ME AND THEY HAVE MERGED WITH ADAMS HEATING AND COOLING, BUT i STILL GET THE SAME GOOD FROM THEM AS I DID THE COMPANY WHO MERGED WITH ADAMS HEATING COOLING. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ME.

I received 3 project estimates for a complete HVAC system replacement, including A/C, Heat, ductwork, and electrical. Adams Heating & Cooling gave the best complete estimate with full warranty for a 16 SEER system. Installation went as planned in a timely fashion. The follow up customer service has been excellent, even when asking a basic question about the thermostat operation. This company wants you to be satisfied that you have selected them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Mr. Adams responded quickly and was able to come out to our rather remote home the same day. He diagnosed and fixed out AC problem and had it fixed in about an hour. The price was also fair. I would definitely use Adams Heating and Cooling again.
