Not enough checks performed on furnace operation. Basically just got furnace burning. Changed large and small filters and that's it.

"Oil furnace was completely maintained. Changed nozzle, pump strainer, oil line filter, oiled motors, done carbon monoxide check, checked furnace for cracks. He asked me when servicing his oil furnace why you checking that and this that no one had ever done that before. I guess he had never seen no one do it like we did because the rest was doing a poor job charging him more. Homeowner got a complete check up on his furnace for only $79.99. This old Furnace needed some worn out parts replaced but homeowner wanted something for nothing and said it was working to leave it and when I left had the old furnace operating properly to the max efficiency. Furnace wasn't running when I got there but was running properly when I left to its max design. After seeing his review I contacted him to see how it was doing and he replied and I quote him in saying " it's doing great. Haven't had no problems what so ever and he thanked me". Did not understand his feed back because everything we do is 100% correct and we do for the safety of you and your family. Don't know what else we could have done to make him happy."

They were wonderful! He came out the same day! Didn't try to sell us extras or upgrade our system or anything! He explained the problem and thankfully he got the correct parts & equipment and in about an hour for $128 we had cold AC!! Woo Hoo bc it was already 90 degrees outside and only noon in July in NC!!!
