I am outraged over what transpired in my dealings with Tiffany - The Operations Manager at Adams Pest Control. I inherited a property in Port St. Lucie that has been vacant for the past two years. I live out of state and two years ago, I hired Adams Pest Control to deal with a rodent problem gifted to me by the previous occupants. Adams Pest Control did an initial assessment, laid out their traps, and reported that the rats are coming onto the property from outside. My initial engagement with Adams Pest Control paid for several visits to deal with the rodent infestation inside the house. Subsequently, Adams Pest Control recommended that I subscribe to their platinum package to deal with keeping rodents from getting unto the property. I thought the value was ok. It costs me $33 per month for a quarterly visit and for the past two years Iâ 've been a platinum plan subscriber. I often visited the home over the past two years, never staying on the property since it was vacant. However, about a month and a half ago (in 03/2022), I hired a contractor to renovate the property and visited around that time. One day while talking to the contractor in one of the bathrooms that have been torn down, we noticed three rats running around. So I am thinking that is a problem! I went to the local Home Depot on Route 1 and got a few packages of glue and poison traps. I caught five (5) rats over two days. I was angry and could not understand why there were still that many rats on the property and what was I paying the quarterly $99 platinum subscription for? When I got back home to NYC, I called Adams Pest Control several times to complain about the service and to give them a chance to fix the problem. On one occasion, I spoke to Tiffany who made it seem as if she understood the problem. She said it was a good time to deal with the issue since the property was vacant and under renovations. She sent a technician to the property. He laid a few traps and reported back the traps that I had used were no good. Mind you these are the same traps that caught 5 rats a week or so before. A few days later, a follow-up visit was scheduled. The technician was supposed to cross-path with the contractor who was on the property working. The contractor never saw the technician from Adams Pest Control. Yet, the technician reported a successful and uneventful visit. No rats were found in any of the traps he has set. I was furious at this point. Again, I called to complain that no one saw the technician getting inside the house and that no pictures of the visit were forwarded to me as I have requested. The following day, I got charged $399.00 by Adams Pest Control. I WAS LIVID. I BLEW A GASKET. SOMEONE HAS REACHED INTO MY POCKET TO TAKE $300 THAT SHE DID NOT EARN. I reached out again to Adams Pest Control to complain SARCASTICALLY that the job was not done, you go on to charge $399 for a do-over while I am a current subscriber to your platinum service. My call was forwarded to Tiffany. She decided that because I was angry at what transpired, she is not going to reverse the $399.00 and will cancel my platinum service. Throughout our many conversations, TIFFANY NEVER EXPLAINED THAT SHE WAS ABOUT TO CHARGE ME ONE MORE TIME TO DEAL WITH THE RODENTS INSIDE THE HOUSE. THAT IS IN ADDITION TO CHARGING ME FOR KEEPING THEM OUT. This morning, the technician called me to get the code to access the inside of the house and retrieve the traps that he had set during his initial visit. Mind you I had to provide him with a code every time he needed to get inside the house but HE DID NOT NEED IT for the previous follow-up visit. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT GIVE Adams Pest Control (Operations Manager Tiffany) access to your credit card, you will find unauthorized charges.

Gary you have been a customer of Home Pest Control 2019. You have been aware since 2019 of our 15 point program, and rodent prevention on the exterior of the home this service provides. When you orginally called us about your rodent issue it was 4/20/2022 we went over the options of trapping and trapping with exclusion, and explained in great detail the cost for each option. You selected the option of just trapping and authorized us to start service. Also during this initial call you openly told us your tenants left the sliding doors open when they moved out which led to rats getting in the home and that you were out of state, explaining it was urgent that we resolve this issue for you so you can rent out the home again. I understand that you felt as though it should have been covered, however it is a seperate service with us and many other companies. You called our office over 16 timesscreaming at all our teams members and used profane language to each team members, so yes our Operations Manager at some point took over the calls because we do not tolerate our team members being verbally abused on the the phones. The technician was professional but the back office was not good! Unprofessional, take matters in their own hands, strange texts/emails, emailed my landlord without my consent, etc. increased charges high and low. Just odd all around

We had a bee nest in the soffits of our home. The technician was able to remove the hive without damaging the soffits. Our own bug company wouldn't touch it. The technician was professional and courteous and right on time . Highly recommend this company and I would most certainly use them again if needed.

After 1st spray inside my home I still dealt with the ant problem. I called their office to let them know and they told me that they would go away, though the ants were still around. Hopefully after today being their 2nd visit the ant problem will go away.

You called us back out on 9/22 just over a month after service stating you still saw ghost ants, we only found a couple of them that were left behind but it appeared as if we got it completely under control for you. I contracted this company for pest control. At that time things was going ok financially. Then covid hit! Adam’s pest control was great. They took me off quarterly payments. This job was more difficult because the hive was behind the soffits, inside the attic and pretty much unreachable from either the inside or outside. The technician was able to eliminate the problem and did a great job.
