Adam's Pest Control follows the Florida Pest Management's Code of Ethics as well as complying with the Florida Green Industries Best Management Practices for the protection of water resources in Florida. "Gary, here at Adam's Pest Control, we value our customer's feedback. We take great pride in learning from all of our customer's experiences, good or bad. Gary you have been a customer of Home Pest Control 2019. You have been aware since 2019 of our 15 point program, and rodent prevention on the exterior of the home this service provides. When you orginally called us about your rodent issue it was 4/20/2022 we went over the options of trapping and trapping with exclusion, and explained in great detail the cost for each option. You selected the option of just trapping and authorized us to start service. Also during this initial call you openly told us your tenants left the sliding doors open when they moved out which led to rats getting in the home and that you were out of state, explaining it was urgent that we resolve this issue for you so you can rent out the home again. I understand that you felt as though it should have been covered, however it is a seperate service with us and many other companies. You called our office over 16 timesscreaming at all our teams members and used profane language to each team members, so yes our Operations Manager at some point took over the calls because we do not tolerate our team members being verbally abused on the the phones. We would like to share the email that Sandra emailed us, asking specifically for us to email her landlord who was copied on the email. We also did not increase our charges, we explained that due to the pest issue you were having issues with Quarterly service would not be sufficient and Monthly service would be required which is a different price point. At the end of all our communication, we decided that we would not be a good fit for you and your needs and we parted ways. Email from 1/21 From Sandra S. the customer: Hi Tiffany, Sharon, and Darren, I wanted to introduce you to Susanne my landlord here CCD via email. Susanne is the owner of *blocked address* - and if one of you has a chance perhaps connect directly with Susanne to debrief her more on your findings from the 2x recent inspections. ( *blocked pest issue* from 3+ years ago found in kitchen island, need for external spray, etc) Susanne direct number is *blocked phone number* I am genuinely interested in the 12-month program we just need to better understand the need for cleanup first and how to remove the pest once and for all. We reviewed your account you started a 1X Service 8/18 for ants, we performed a follow-up treatment which is part of the service on 8/31, we did inform you that ghost ants can take up to 30 days to control, as there are multiple steps to finding the source so that we eliminate them completely for you and don't just bandaid the situation. You called us back out on 9/22 just over a month after service stating you still saw ghost ants, we only found a couple of them that were left behind but it appeared as if we got it completely under control for you. We apologize that you don't feel you as though you received valuable service however we answered all your calls, text, and addressed all your concerns.
