We had a clogged sink in our bathroom the day we were heading out for our month long vacation and we needed to get it fixed that day. We called Brandon Adams and he arranged to come immediately to solve the problem. He knew exactly what to do to clean out the blockage and let the water run for several minutes to make sure it was clean. He even checked another sink to be sure that it was working. I asked for his card and and will use it when another plumbing problem arises.

Tech was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain it in normal language. I kept his number and will use him again when the need arises.

I hired him to fix hot water in kitchen sink area, next day there was a pipe leaking and contacted him, he said he would come same day but no show no call. He said he would come on Saturday and no show no call. Asked one more time and got no response on Sunday so I ended up hiring another plumber to fix it.

He came through when we were in a dire need of help. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, very direct and detailed in our situation. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Adams seemed proficient. He showed up on time and installed the water h eater. It sort of worked. It heated the water but leaked. I called him and asked that he come back because of the leak. He did not return for 2 days. Unfortunately, the occurred during massive flooding in Houston. His lack of communication was disturbing. On top of that, there was 1-1/2 inches of water on the garage floor. He told me to leave the garage door open so that it would dry. REALLY!!!

Brandon was willing to come late in the evening and still charged only a fraction of the cost of the quote I got prior to Home Advisor. He got a bit delayed but called to let me know he was running late. Completed the repair quickly.

Brandon was GREAT ! He showed up fast and was very reasonable. I was having a hard time finding anyone to show up on Saturday evening. He showed up quickly, cleared my drain line and I was able to get on with my life. I'd been waiting on another company for 3 hours and no one ever showed up. Brandon is very nice & courteous. YES. He is honest and cheap in price

I really appreciated that he so flexible with his time. The repair took less than 30 minutes and he even found another minor problem with a faucet in my home and just fixed it like it was nothing. Easy to see that he enjoys his profession and YES I would use him again.
