Complete pool renovation on our 50,000 gallon pool. This was a BIG project. Gary, our salesman, was very patient and effective about keeping in touch as we reviewed a variety of options including the replacement of a failing fiberglass interior with plaster, 3M ColorQuartz, PebbleTec, etc.; new lighting; adding a skimmer; an auto-fill feature; changing over to a salt-water system; etc. Once we decided on the renovations we wanted (and could afford) and the materials we wished to use, work started almost immediately. Crews were there early (7 am) and finished each phase of the project expertly and in accordance with the projected timeline. The crews were wonderful about cleaning up on a daily basis. Alan, who coordinated our project, sent detailed, written information via email regarding what to expect during each phase of the project and graciously consolidated our payment terms upon my request. Alan was unfailingly courteous, pleasant, competent, informative and very hands-on. I simply cannot recommend Adams Pool highly enough. A job of this magnitude was pretty scary but Adams made it worry-free with no unpleasant surprises. Kudos to David Gross for running a tight ship! Email me if you are undecided �

They did an excellent job. What was important to me was that they keep in touch with almost daily on what was going on.

Michael Keller was very professional and we liked the way he walked us through what was going to happen. The bad things was the mess that they left, that Mark Keller had to clean up on the pavers and someone from Adams had to come back and clean up the mess that was in the landscape.

Salesperson was very helpful and had good follow-up to complete sale. The office (Sales Mgr)was not as good once the job had been scheduled. Lack of communication to the customer on specific timing of the job and also poor on the follow-up to return a call or delegate to someone in the office to get back to the customer with a simple answer.
