I do not know how you arrive at average cost, this cost a lot more than the average cost, and even the highest cost. All estimates were double or triple the average cost described on this website. Dave was very prompt, and did everything he said he would.

Dave completed 2 dry rot repairs that included replacing eaves with tongue in groove boards, primed & painted as well as removal and replacement of failing roof areas to original condition! Beautiful work...this was no patch job...but a beautiful restoration to original condition & appearance.

Meticulous-what you need when you are asking someone to mount a big mirror in the living room. He did it right, accurately and was very polite. I will definitely ask him to do more work.
