For the most part, they did a great job. My only complaint was a few drips on the carpet and the walls, and tracking dirt inside the house. But they were very affordable and efficient. I'd use them again.

Adam needed to return a second time to remove streaks left on the windows and clean the screens as requested. To his credit, he did so at no additional charge. Unfortunately, he and his employee scratched and dented the window sills and walls when they removed the screens and two window panes. Again, to his credit, he promised to pay to have the damage repaired.

One of the window washers who came from this company was excellent. The other worker left puddles of the dirty window water on our new wood floors where he was washing and did not clean the dust or wet window water drops out of the tracks. Also his windows were streaked. But both young men were VERY courteous and got right to work. I do plan to use this company again, and will just be more specific with what I expect next time. Thank you.
