They were so kind to fit my small project into their very busy schedule

I had a list of 5 companies I was looking at, so I started calling. Adamson was the first on the list and Len returned my phone call promptly. We set up a time and he gave us a very professional and reasonable quote. We were impressed with his candid and helpful presentation and down-to-earth demeanor. Although we did get 4 other estimates, Adamson's was the most cost-effective and we had a good feeling with the company and the owner, Len. When we finally did call to hire, we found out there was a 2-3 week wait due to some recent storms through our area. No worries. Len gave us a date and time and said he would notify us if he could do better. A few days later, he called back and said there was a cancellation and they would be out on Friday, 11/2020 to start and said it would be about 1 day to complete. The truck with the shingles came by early in the morning and then around 10:30am the crew arrived. They prepped the house first, putting up tarps over the bushes around the house and getting their equipment ready to go. All the guys were very pleasant and courteous. Over the next 5-6 hours, they removed the roof including the vent boots, turbines, and flashings. They also made some repairs to a few holes and put down the roofing felt and weatherproofing film. By this time it was getting dark, but they refused to stop working - they were very hard working!. My husband made them stop (out of concern for their safety) and told them to come back in the morning to finish up. Even though they spoke little English, one of the gentlemen had a translation app on his phone and we had no problem "talking" with them. It was kind of cool! They cleaned up the major portion of the mess around the house before they left. At some point, the first amount of trash was taken away. I don't recall when - it just disappeared! Then around 10:30am, a crew showed up to finish the job. This one was larger and had a couple of women (you go girl!) with them. They set up their equipment, which included an "elevator" for hauling the shingles up to the roof! Cool piece! Over the next, 4-5 hours they installed the new roof and put the ridge vent in. This was another item that Len had explained to us in the beginning that would be a better option for venting the unfinished attic than the old-fashioned turbines. After he had told us about it, I went on-line and watched several videos about. I had no idea! That one suggestion had sealed the deal for us in the beginning and that was all due to Len's vast history and experience in roofing. Going that extra mile really pays off in the arena of customer trust. Thank you, Len. After finishing up the job, the crew thoroughly combed the yard for debris, nails, etc. They did say that they left their magnet either at home or another job site and would be back the next day to sweep around the house again and the refuse truck would be by at some time to pick up the remainder of the trash. No worries, we said. Early Sunday morning, one of the ladies from the crew was back to sweep the yard again with the magnet. The truck for the trash never came so on Monday I called Len, who apologized profusely and said he would be by on Tuesday to pick it up himself. As I write this, it's Tuesday morning and I have no doubt in my mind that Len will be by sometime today to follow up. It's not a big deal about the trash. I'm in the construction industry and know that "life happens" whether it be weather or human error. It's all in the way that a business handles those situations. Len has proven to us that he runs his business in a fair and up-standing manner and treats his customers with respect. We are very pleased with our new roof and would definitely and highly recommend Adamson Roofing Company. Thank you again, Len, and God ...

Offered to a few small tasks, more than expected.

Len and the crew from Adamson Roofing were professional, and installed a beautiful new roof for us. The quote from him was detailed, the price was right and they did a great job of cleaning as they did the job.

Len is great and the job they did exceeded my expectations. We had a section of sheathing under some shingles that had become rotted. And a leaking vent stack. They came out on the day they scheduled and got the job done in a short amount of time. I can't even tell where the damage was. I feel the price he charged was more than fair and I will contact him again if I ever have another roofing issue.

Len and his guys were very professional and very nice guys. They were on time and followed up with repairs. The guy Len sent out to give us a quote on the repair was very thorough and did not try to up sell us on work we did not need. He also pointed out places on the roof that were not done properly by the previous owners of our house. Would recommend them to anyone needing roof work. Good, honest people.

From my first call to the actual repairs, Len and his guys were very professional and nice guys. My roof was repaired on the day they said they would be out, and they did a great job. The thing I appreciated most about these guys was the fact they did not try to sell you on repairs that were not needed. Would recommend them to all.

Len was great, and the crew did a very nice job with our roof replacement. The manager Len had just recently hired at the time was not good with customer service. When an insignificant issue arose his manager immediately jumped to a not at fault conclusion regardless of my opinion. Len didn't follow up as promised at that time on the matter which could have netted more work.

He stood by the estimate, the job was done on time and the cleanup was thorough. He seemed to take pride in his work as we did a walk-through after the work was done. He explained everything in detail.

Len Adamson is professional, informative, througho, and courteous. He went above and beyond repairing not only the roof but the drywall(with stipling)in the dining room where it had been sagging. He also repaired an existing issue with a couple of rafters as part of the repair. I am an electrician and I know a professional when I see one, especially someone who enjoys not only his work but also helping people. I am totally thrilled with the job he and his crew did.
