We love our surround system so much!! We moved into a home that was pre-wired… got a bid from Best Buy which was ridiculously high. They were trying to oversell systems we truly didn’t need. Kevin came and explained a system within our budget!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

The Lead Contact at Adaptiv was courteous and kept in touch all along the way. The Service (Andrew?) was very professional but friendly and did an amazing and efficient job. He installed a new Sound Bar for my TV system. He also got rid of useless cables and neatened up things behind my TV/Audio system He also went theru all the steps with me to make sure I understood new procedures. I would definitely recommed Adaptiv Automation with high regard.
We had connectivity issues with my router that prevent the system from working. This issue with the the cable providers security configuration. The technician was very patient and came out the next day while the provider was there to ensure the issue was resolved correctly.
