Needed a tv unmounted then remounted and Adaptive was very prompt in reaching out with a quote. Not only did they mount the tv but showed real customer service and care by patching the previous holes in the wall made by the mount. Tyler and Jake arrived on-time and communicated their arrival in advance. They were pleasant and respectful of me, my home, my dog, and my property. The installation of the TV mount was perfect. They followed my directions perfectly. They demonstrated the operation and limitations of the installation--I needed an extension cord if I desired to open the mount to its fullest capability. They cleaned up after their work and left everything in the same order as when they arrived. I will definitely use their services again in the future and have already begun telling friends and family about their superior work ethic!

I hired Adaptive Technology Solutions for a home network wiring job. The job consisted of the following: 1. install a network cabinet with a 24 port switch and 24 port patch panel in closet under stairwell 2. a total of 13 network drops in 4 different rooms 3. hide all wires from wall mounted TV 4. install 3 security cameras 5. install smart dimmer switch for outside entrance light All network drops were terminated and patched. All data connections and cameras were tested to verify they work. The attention to detail in how the holes were measured and cut for the data jacks said a lot about the pride these guys take in their work. Jake was at our house for about 10 hours and Tyler and Austin around 8 hours. Everything was completed and working, but the cables needed tied up better in the data closet. Jake was not satisfied with how it looked and promised to come back later to tie up all the cables. Jake came back on a Sunday and did an amazing job of tying up all the wiring. I would attach pictures if I could, to show what a great job these guys did. If you need network cabling done, these guys are the ones to call! Top notch work, customer service, and professionalism!

Knowledgeable - professional and pleasant svc techs - individuals you enjoy having in your home - and around wife and kids. Svc - and customer svc you do not see much of any longer. These guys were great! I would highly recommend this company. They setup 16 cameras for us and did it in a timely manner. They helped guide us through the decision making process on the type of cameras we should use, where they should be placed and what was best for our budget. They also cleaned up when they were finished. You can tell they care about their clients.
