My husband I a recently completed our total home renovation with Amit, Yoav and the team at Adar Builders and could not be more happy with the process. We met with many contracting teams and knew that Amit was the guy for us when he sat for about 20 minutes in our Master bathroom to try to figure out how to get my dream bath tub to fit inside it - the other contractors we met with just said it was impossible the moment they saw the space. This same feeling followed through the entire experience. Nothing was impossible or too big of a task for Amit and his team. Amit gave us a timeframe of when the project would be completed when he started with us (4 months for our 2200 sqft home) and really stuck to it. I was nervous because the 4 months was close to our due date for our second child, but Amit made it happen exactly when he said it would. Amit made himself available to my husband and I at any time, no matter the circumstance. I am not the easiest person to work with at times - I am very particular and specific, have very high standards for quality work, and Amit and the team exceeded all my expectations. Amitâ s attention to detail, patience, speed and INCREDIBLE memory make him and his team an amazing choice. My husband and I sit in our kitchen and cannot believe we have our dream kitchen - itâ s the most beautiful space and I am excited to be able to entertain. We originally used Colby to remodel our bathrooms, so when we needed things done outside we contacted him again. We knew we could trust him to get things fixed for us and it would be done timely.

Was lucky enough to learn of ADAR builders when my parents were looking around to find a company that could convert their 2 car garage into a 2 bedroom ADU for my family of 3. We met with Colby in early 2023, discussed ideas and he got back to us right away with plans & the next steps quickly. Construction started 2nd week of August and wrapped 2nd week of November! We are now moving into a fresh cozy space right before the new year and holiday! We recently had the pleasure of working with Adar Builders on a comprehensive home remodel in the Hollywood Hills that spanned over 10 months, and are happy to share our positive experience. From the initial design phase to the final nail, they turned our 1970's house into a modern dream home. After 50 + years in our home and innumerable construction projects and contractors we were reluctant to launch into another. We contacted several for quotes and although they weren't the least expense, we chose Adar. It was a revelation. Amit, our project director, listened to our ideas and and gave us suggestions on how to implement them. We saw Amit many times during that initial phase, always refining and making sure that our plans were clear and concise. Talking about a project and then seeing 3 dimensional plans brings your project to life. Looking at our planned addition, with our actual furniture, gave us a realistic view of what could be accomplished. As we listened to Amit we knew that we were in good hands, and our project would be successful, brought in on time and budget. As you decide on what construction company will handle your project, donâ t be afraid to ask questions. Ask how long will it take to complete the project. Finally, lock down a price so there are no surprises at the end. Remember to be flexible when it comes to the timeframe, things happen (rain delays, illness building supplies out of stock). Also be aware that you will probably make changes to your plan, adding and subtracting items. This will affect the timeline and even the cost. Our house had a very old roof and had some leaks during the rains this Spring. Based on seeing their work in our neighborhood we called Adar Builders and met with Amit. He came to our place and spent quite a bit of time inspecting our roof and attic and having a frank discussion with us about what we wanted. We felt like we could really trust Amit after that first day. He gave us suggestions for different options and costs and we decided to proceed. Amit was present and involved in all the work happening from the first day and he gave us daily updates on what was done and what would be happening next. The crew was efficient and each day cleaned up so well you would never know a major project was in process. There were zero unexpected findings or events, and at the end of about a week we had a beautiful new roof, new attic insulation, and new gutters. There is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in taking on large projects in our home, but having a partner who absolutely knows what they are doing and whom we could trust from the beginning made the process so much easier. We are very happy with the result and there is no question that we will be working with Adar Builders on our future projects.

I canâ t say enough good about ADAR Builders and particularly about Alon Hefetz, my Project Manager who is a great ambassador for the company. From initial visit to determine the scope of work, developing a plan of action and a detailed cost estimate he was very responsive, professional and respectful. The workers were very considerate, efficient, and very neat. Alon helped me with my insurance claim for which I will be forever grateful. From the central office, the owner visiting, to the finishing workers the experience was all positive and the project was completed to my total satisfaction. Our experience with them is an A+++. They renovated our entire house, from top to bottom.
