"Very sorry Mr. Lamont feels that way. We work hard to make all our customers happy and he was no exception. I did not pick for it to rain that day, but it does happen in south Florida. We stayed that day until dark and I asked him later if the finish was ok. Mr. Lamont informed me it was. I offered to put a trowel machine on slab right away to place a better finish but he said it wasn't necessary. I mentioned later it would take some extended time for slab to cure properly because of the rain that day. He called shortly after asking if he could park on slab. I had my finisher go out and check to see if slab had cured. I myself was there 3 times and my finisher was there twice checking how slab was curing. After slab cured he was still unhappy so we placed a thin layer over top with a bonding agent to please him and he picked a color to use. After a few weeks he had a couple small chips on very edge where slab met his existing concrete( flashing) from coating overlaying edge. Again I offered to rub entire edge to fix. At that time he said concrete was defective and he wanted entire slab removed. I informed him that rubbing edge was all that was needed to get rid of coating chips and that the entire slab was cured and was fine, We tried over and over to please Mr Lamont."
