They got it done in one day, so they sent four trucks down and they they completed the whole job. I mean, the furnace is outstanding. All the new features that I have now. And I'm just overwhelmed with how good they were.

Received a call from Dave who informed me that he was 30 minutes away from arriving. He and Tim were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the issue and the steps to be taken to repair. Dave also provided estimates of future repairs if the issue happens again. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and outcome. They were finished in under an hour.

Luiz was amazing. Holiday weekend and I called for emergency service, he was here in less than 1/2 hour. He was able to fix the main water line leak and he saved day. Highly recommend this company.

Luiz came on a busy Holiday Weekend to fix a broken spigot. I was in need of someone quickly. Luiz was here in a timely manner, called to let me know when he was coming. He was friendly and professional. Did the work quickly and clean up after himself.

The service was excellent

I am genuinely flabbergasted that this company has so many five star reviews. From the marketing practices to their customer service, my frustration with them was pervasive. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again.
