Chris B. was very helpful, thorough, and explained what the annual maintenance entailed, as well as the new capacitor that needed to be replaced in the outside air conditioning unit. He completed maintenance on the gas furnace, as well. I can't say enough about Addcox. They take good care of me. Thank you so much. A great family-owned business in Roseburg.

Addcox heating and air conditioning is always there when you need them. We were having issues with our heater/furnace. They were able to make it just within a few days. Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair - For Business
Responded within 1 hr of leaving a message. Service repair person comes at specified time, was very courteous, knowledgeable and had to order part. Came within time and installed part! Would call them again if any further problems arise. Old heater. Gave recommendations for future which would actually save us costs.

We called several companies to gather information about heat pumps as well as to get a comfort level with a potential contractor. When we spoke with Aaron at Addcox, we appreciated his candor, patience to answer our questions, ability to convey complex information in easily understood manner, and a clear gameplan for our project. I received a call from Addcox Heating Ctr. an hour after I went on line with Home Advisor and the service tech arrived the next hour. He did a diagnostic evaluation of my furnace and installed a new universal igniter in 30 min. He left the old, cracked igniter along with the paperwork on top of the furnace as a courtesy for the next Tech.

John was very informative while doing the repair on my heat pump; stopping to explain everything as we went along. Jeremy found that parts of the work were still under warranty; saving us a quite significant amount. When their distributor was unable to deliver the needed part on time, I was called immediately, and given the information on delivery time, and projected work start date. I've been impressed with them, their work ethic, and their desire to ensure customer happiness.
