"Hello Mrs Cathy, I feel really sorry that you feel like that about our company, When we receive your lead, we contact you at the moment and went to your house the day you was available to give you the quote for painting, That same day my one year old baby start having fever, as same as my husband, finding out next day they had covid and That is why I could not send the quote on time, when I contact your husband, I explain all the situation and I was thinking your family understand our situation at that time and I was glad that you have other company taking care of your needs. My husband, my two daughter and myself we all had covid at same time,"
