This is the 2nd time in 1 month that I needed a home inspection. All I had to do was let Larry know and he was there as soon as possible, on time, professional, going above and beyond to answer my questions and did an amazing and thorough inspection. The main detail that makes Larry stand apart from others is that he truly cares about his clients and making sure they are purchasing and making the best investment in a home. He isn't like others who just do it for the money. You can tell in his work that he truly loves doing what he does and likes helping people and making a difference. I will use him again if needed every time!

I cannot say enough about how impressed and happy I am with Larry s work. I needed a house inspection as soon as possible and Larry was able to do the inspection the quickest of anyone. He knows the business inside and out and besides excellent customer service, he genuinely cares about his clients and wants the best outcome for them. If I could give more stars for the service, I would.
