Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Mr. Whitehead did a great job. Myself along with my wife was very impressed with the professionalism and care he took in his work. Kirby was polite and kept us informed. I was looking for a reliable contractor to perform work around my home on a regular basis and I have found a profeesional that I will cotinue to work with for ever.

Bathroom - Remodel
Hired Kirby to do a kitchen remodel. He took twice as long as agreed to prepare the job site for the counter man. Often argumentative; errors were never his fault, even though he did the work. Did not listen to my instructions, often causing us to be at odds. We seemed to be his second job and he did not appear to have time for us. Usually late! Tried to use cheap material, which did not work and was forced to buy the right material. After seeing the amount of work he actually did, we could have done it ourselves and saved time and headache, by not dealing with him. As a member of the Architectural Control Committee in a high- end neighborhood (I deal with contractors often), I would not reccommend Kirby.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Kirby completed the job great! We are very pleased with the outcome. He was well within our budget and still did a great job. You hear about people who are taken, so going into a project you are a little skeptical, Kirby and company were wonderful.

All of the above could be rated as perfect. They worked tirelessly. They were never in a hurry. They were friendly and courteous. They offered advice and opinions when we asked. We would recommend Kirby to ANYONE!
