This contractor gave what I thought was a reasonable quote for the work needed. However, it was apparent that he cut some corners and was potentially over his head with this project. In communications, they were inconsistent and sometimes difficult to get on the phone. The project was not fully completed after the payment was made in full. Concrete forms left in place, and expansion joints were never put in. Part of the project was poured incorrectly, where the concrete was not grading correctly and caused water to flow into the house. I had to hire another contractor to rip out the incorrect concrete and put in expansion joints correctly to fix the poor quality concrete work.
