Very alert when looking for problems! When he found a problem he told me exactly how he was going to repair it and why. I really appreciated knowing the what and whys of the repairs. I needed maintenance completed on some fiber cement siding in order to complete a refinance. Patrick came out on a Friday and said he could do what needed to be done. Within 2 business days the job was completed and was very high quality work. The appraiser signed off on the repair the same day! I hired Aaron to come take a look at a leaky ceiling in my house. He did a wonderful job in identifying the cause of the leak, which was a hole in a faux chimney on the roof. While the initial repair didn't fix the issue, he was superb in upholding his warranty on his work and came back almost immediately to make it right. I highly recommend Adept Roofing for your needs. Last night I found the water dripping from near the light in my family room. I looked up providers and within 10 minutes heard back from Adept Roofing. Next day at 10 AM Aaron was at my place. In next 30 minutes, he not only fixed my leak but also fixed a few other things around as they needed attention. The best part is, he did not even charge me because he thought this job did not warrant the hourly rate. I highly recommend Adept for their ethics (not because they fixed this for free) and customer focus.

Aaron was prompt in both providing an estimate and completing the work. He had before/after pictures to show exactly what was done on the roof and I was happily surprised to learn I only needed repairs, instead of the replacement I was dreading. Will use this company in the future!

A wind storm blew a tree branch through my roof. They came out to assess the damage for insurance. They were experienced enough that it was an easy fix for them. They took pictures of the damage both before and after the repair while they were on the 2nd story roof. They had all materials needed on hand in their truck. Not only did they fix the damage but cleaned the gutters too. Best roofing company I have ever dealt with.
