We truly will have to disagree with your review of your project that we completed for you. For the scope of the project regarding the estimate and invoice submitted and paid for by you the customer. Under the circumstances that an unforeseen issue regarding any service that we do not provide must be sourced out by another contractor. Adkins Home Improvement is not responsible for the homeowners cost to bring her electrical panel up to code. Permit was not issued due to homeowners refusal."

I have hired this company for other jobs and they have done fine. However for this job I was highly disappointed. I hired them to fix a persistent shower leak. They did several temporary fixes and ultimately told me I need to have the entire shower removed to reinstall the shower pan and replace the drain. This resulted in a hole in my ceiling that was NEVER repaired after several months, calls, and promises it would be fixed. I paid them several thousand of dollars for this job and others. The shower continued to leak even though the work was "guaranteed" they never returned to the job. The shower is still leaking, the hole is still in my ceiling and no one has returned recent calls. I would not recommend this company for plumbing work. The thought that they have completely neglected a customer is extremely disappointing and upsetting.

We had another painter completely bail on us the week of putting our house on the market. Call Chris for some minor dry wall work, and ended up booking drywall AND exterior trim painting! He responded with scheduling quickly and got us taken care of and out of a bind! Quality guys doing quality work FAST! Appreciate him so much!

Chris arrived as scheduled and replaced a exterior trim board that had wood rot, He also pointed out and repaired issues I had not seen. Cleaned up area when the job was complete. I plan to hire him again for future projects.

Haven't started yet, they will be putting in a 12 foot gate in my fence, and rebuilding a back screened in porch. So far I am very happy, and would recommend them with 100 stars of it went that high!

We hired Chris Adkins to clean out a gutter and replace facia boards underneath the gutter that had water damage. He did a wonderful job. Was very professional and hard working. We will definitely use him again. His prices were great too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of handyman services.
