I recently had my HVAC ducts cleaned after a house fire caused soot to travel through the ventilation system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the beginning, they were very responsive and detailed in their email communication, and that professionalism carried through to the appointment itself. The technician was kind, hardworking, and diligently focused on the job the entire time. He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. When I first came back into the house, I noticed the smell of the cleaning products and had my daughter stay outside because I was concerned about the air quality. He immediately reassured me that everything being used was environmentally safe and safe to be around and breathe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and was a huge bonus. Their scheduling lead time was also very reasonable, and they were able to get me scheduled within the same week. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Great communication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. I highly recommend their services.
