We are a fully licensed and certified home inspection company serving South Central PA. We provide a full service of inspections which includes: home, pest, radon and water testing. David Heintzelman, owner/inspector, is ASHI (American Society Home Inspectors) and NRSB (National Radon Safety Board) Certified. He has inspected over 4,600 homes over the past 13 years. Adler means "eagle" in German and is also our grandson's name. Our mission is to educate clients; particularly first time home buyers, in the operations, and maintenance of their potential future home.
