This company is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. They come in and offer a repair and ask for half of the project ($1400) and take my money and disappeared. After trying to reach them multiple times and getting them to respond for now 5 months they still refuse to respond. How can Angi allow this to happen?

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Wasnâ t able to install tankless without significant electrical modifications, so I had a new tank installed. New Rheem is 50 gallons vs old 40 gallon, and is working great.

After they installed my garbage disposal, I thought everything was fine, so I put everything back under the sink, mistake and found that something was not tightened and my new cabinets of 6 years flooded, I am still trying to dry out the cabinets.
