HAD TO COME TO THE HOUSE 3 TIMES. THEY CALLED WITH A WINDOW AND WERE ON TIME FOR ALL 3 CALLS, HOWEVER THEY DID MISS 1 APPOINTMENT AND NEVER CALLED. THE TECH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE PRICE QUOTES BEFORE ANY WORK WAS DONE. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT A LITTLE PRICEY DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS WHICH IS NOT REDUCED IF YOU HAVE WORK DONE.
