I hired them to install a whole-house humidifier and Ecobee thermostat, as well as repair my existing AC unit. It turned out the system hadn’t been installed correctly when I purchased the home, which was impacting its performance. After the repairs and upgrades, everything is working as it should. The humidifier has kept my home at 50% humidity or higher all winter, which has made a noticeable difference. The installation was handled professionally, and he took the time to walk me through my options and flag potential challenges ahead of time. We worked together to find solutions, especially since the humidifier had to be installed in a tight space that limited placement options. I also appreciated that the price came in significantly lower than other quotes I received. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would recommend them.
