I cannot express enough how absolutely wonderful this team was. Holy COW, just the best moving experience I've ever had! The movers where attentive, careful, kind, thoughtful and fast as all get out; Roger was communicative and lovely from first communication to last. I gotta move out of state soon, and I absolutely will be requesting services from these folks again. Just the best!

Adonis moving team arrived professional and diligent to work on this project. I admire their teamwork efforts and communication with each other. Along with their patience and support with me of assisting me with moving everything out of my house to my new home. Roger was very responsive and committed to ensuring that I have an exceptional experience and peace of mind moving/hauling support. James was PHENOMENAL. We all know moving is very stressful and from the first call to the last call he made sure I was taken care of. From the front of the house to the actual workers moving my things, they handled my boxes and furniture with care. They went out of their way to help me assemble my couch and they were patient with me when unforeseeable delays occurred. Anytime I am moving I will call them. The caliber of customer service Adonis Moving and Storage provides comes second to none! James is so personable and hilarious! My actual movers were the real deal!

I thought from the beginning speaking to James that he had my back, his words 10x over, over again. That he would be the cheapest yada yada. The movers were great and quick minus the light they broke in the new basement & failed to tell me about it & a few other minor things not worth mentioning. I got quoted 575$ for 3 hours 2 movers. They did not show up till 9:30 & we ended at 1 so why exactly did I pay 780$ I am not great at math but that seems way steep considering. So you have that! Then when I spoke to James the last time before the move I told him we had more than I thought, originally I said 25-30 totes then it changed to 40+, he said no worries as long as all the big furniture is accounted for. When the truck arrived the boys said, everything is not going to fit, well why did not you bring a bigger truck? We told you what we had AND I told you at the end it was more, which the mover did say they have bigger trucks. DO NOT PAY HIM CASH, he does not want the movers to know! Etc!

The most amazing experience that I have ever had and highly recommend this company and specifically Mr. James Martin. He is the most kind and knowledgeable person in this business, and his crew are amazing. As we all know, moving is very stressful, and having a professional tam like James and his company is a must to have on your side. I highly recommend this company, and I wish I was able to give them over 5 stars, and that is what they deserve.

Adonis Moving is absolutely amazing! The workers are the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are super efficient, friendly, and extremely professional. I will NEVER hire any other moving company besides them! The value for your money is fantastic too. To top is off, they have THE BEST sales representative ever in James. He listens and helps you get exactly what you need and he is the sweetest. He makes me smile when I talk to him even though I have been in extremely stressful situations. Adonis came to my family's rescue after another moving company failed us and tried to work slow so that they could capitalize on the hourly rate. James and his team showed up bright and early the next morning and took care of us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Go with another moving company at your own risk! Adonis Moving and Storage is the BEST!

Our entire encounter with Adonis Moving all started from the initial phone conversation with James. I immediately knew that this was a first class company. James made me feel like family. Moving is stressful enough, but having James and his crew was a major stress reliever. They were in constant communication with me the entire time. Futhermore, the cost of the move was considerably lower than multiple other companies I contacted. I can describe my experience in one word- INCREDIBLE!

Very persuasive sales man. Throws you a low quote even though you know what it will realistically take. Damaged my furniture, damages my wall, broke a major tree branch backing into my drive way. Told me to pay and he would call me back to follow with a claim. Have not heard from them. I guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend them

My experience with the company exceeded my expectations from the costumer service from James who made the reservations for my move great he made me feel like family from the first time speaking with him. Roger and his team did an AMAZING!!!!! Job they were all kind and handled my items with care as it was their own my next move will be with Adonis you guys are the best!

James and the Adonis team were amazing. They carefully packed and disassembled my furniture with skill. They moved my items and reassembled everything perfectly. The movers were very courteous, skillful and pleasant. Not one item was broken or damaged. I would highly recommend them.

First my moving was planned from 12-3 pm they came at 2:54 and as excuse the rain ok no worries I understand even if I was really mad. Then they only helped me from 3-4:46Pm and tell me they Have to leave and that my bill will be $420 like what ??? An hour for $420 . Before that James told me if I want the guy to help be reassembled my furniture it will be 400+ but if not I will be 300+ however since I wanted help I accepted and I specified that all my furniture are in box. After the guys brought my stuff to my moving place they told me they don not reassembled stuff in a box while James insure me that they will do reason of the $420 . Like I literally got robbed if I can call it like that. The wort is I called James and he told me that anytime after my schedule time is additional charges but your team came 3 hrs after my time I this point you are the one that mess up .I am really really disappointed.

I decuded to do a 3 part review rating is for set/info/ appointment set up only. This is for Hyattville location. So I went through Angi..big mistake if you do not want 50 people calling you damn near instantly. After several introductory conversations via text or in person. James was the most professional and relatable. I talked to some like they were doing me a favor.Not a paid buisness transaction. James texted me after a few hours when I said I would call him back. Honestly I am doing too much by myself.I totally forgot and alot overwelmed....after a call back and good not too car salesmanship I made my first appointment for a in-house furniture move.It was also the cheapest..You would not believe the rates I was getting. So after paying my deposit.I starting asking questions about my moving from my condo good knowledge on products and staff. No Dat laborers, uniforms,liability insurance are my interests.they have it all stay tuned for part one Monday 4th.(in-house move)

I was in a panic and James reassured me that he would make this move Stress Free and he and his team did just that!! Communication in key for me and James took the time to talk with me and guide me every step of the way. Very professional, very caring about your belongings. Everything was packed well.on a personal note I have recently had surgery, so I was not as active participant but the supervisor made sure I knew what was going on all the time with my things Roger was very professional, his crew Know their job I will recommend them to anyone and everyone if you need Moving or packing service these are the people you need to hire Rogers team was awesome

From beginning to end, Mr. James Martin I was there for me. He told me the days he would be calling me, and he did. He told me they would be calling me the morning of my move and they did. He told me the crew he was sending me was the BEST! They were! They were in and out in the amount of time they allotted for me. No hidden fees or costs. At the new place, the drop off location; you just point and thatâ s where they put your stuff. Once they were finished, Mr. Martin called to confirm everything was completed to our liking. When I tell you this company starts and ends with James Martin, IT DOES. He does what he says. I wish every company I dealt with had a James Martin. Him and his crew were very professional. His rapport and customer service skills are what I expect from any and all types of services I employ. Excellent management by James from start to finish. The pricing is unbeatable. The customer service is outstanding. The staff was prompt and does not waste time completing the job. The team lead Robert was excellent, too! I am a repeat customer and I was extremely pleased with the services for the second time. For all future moves, I will be using Adonis. I trust them to always do an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Hardworking, pleasant, courteous movers. Hustled non-stop. Pleased with precautions taken while handling our furniture. Very happy with move. Would definitely use this mover again. However, on the negative side - the mover underestimated the time and effort required for this move. Movers got a little rushed and sloppy toward the end. Some slight damage, nothing major, but the guys were rushing a bit at the end. Paid in cash (something we had anticipated) but no immediate receipt offered - had to push to get receipt

They did great, but weâ  re just a little rough with the fragile boxes. We are also missing some things. We reached out to them, and they said they would check if it was left on the truck but never got back to us.
