The girls were efficient, detailed oriented, and professional! I am a very picky person when it comes to my home and I was very happy with their services

The company needs to bring the same cleaners every month. If something breaks let the home owner know and not say anything.

They are friendly thorough and professional, and I have hired them to do regular maintenance.

I will be using them again, they did a great job. I did have little bit of a hard time with communication as the lady who cleaned my house did not speak English, but overall it was a great experience.

They were very nice and polite. They worked fast and did a very good job.

I will give them a few more tries but the first visit was a "deep clean" that they charge extra for and I can't say I was 100% satisfied. They didn't address the floors very well and there is still a lot of dirt underneath our couches. I don't see how this was a deep clean vs. a normal cleaning. Some smudges on windows and floors that they didn't see or didn't care to address. Bathrooms looked great though. I'll give them a month or two but I hate having to micromanage when they are the experts.

The ladies did a great job , they made an impossible situation for me ( I have a shoulder injury ) into one I can handle . The ladies tackled a mess and made everything unbelievably clean . They were very nice too ! I would hire them again .

I did not have a good experience with Adriana's Cleaning service. The company description is quite misleading, indicating reasonable prices and a starting range of $50. I made an appt. for them to show up to clean. However, a man named William came by himself only ready to give a quote. I had hired them due to my regular person being unavailable, I was only asking for basic cleaning and only for certain rooms. I was shocked when he tried to charge over twice the price of my regular cleaning person! I quickly declined was going to move on to find another company when he stated that 2 maids could come over in 30 min. and clean for the same price as my other service. I agreed. The 2 maids showed up to do the work. In 2 hours, they let me know they were done. As I checked out the rooms, I was extremely disappointed. Areas in the bathroom looked like they hadn't even been touched. The tub was barely cleaned and the mirror was a mess. They said they would re-do it. When I checked the kitchen, the floor was still dirty. I showed them by taking a white paper towel, taking one wipe across the floor on some spots and it came up dark with dirt! They said would re-do it. Other areas were unacceptable also. They rushed through and did a very sloppy and careless job. The quality was very poor. One also must have had red fingernail polish on as streaks were left on the bathroom counters. I would not recommend this company and will definitely not use their services again.

Very happy with the service and will continue on a bi-weekly basis. Staff arrived on time and performed a deep cleaning of my home. They were very professional throughout the day. I highly recommend Adrianna's.

The cleaning Ladies don't Speak English and I hired them to clean the house before we moved in. The house was completely empty. They had to come back a 2nd time and still didn't do the job right. I didn't mind paying extra and I did but I would not use them again

Two gals came to clean and they were very thorough and sweet. Even though they speak Spanish and little English, we were able to communicate. What I couldn't convey, my Spanish speakihg husband was able to translate. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, like many cleaning services, English is not their first language, so communicating with them on-site is difficult. However, their rep/agent William interprets for them and is usually available via cell phone or text message. Unlike our previous service (which completely missed areas), Rhonda was very happy with their cleaning.
