Trust is a 2-way action. All the words in the world can be spouted-BUT-if actions prove to be negative... I've read all of the reviews and am so sad to say this has not been my experience with this group of people. I was told in the beginning (by the assistant) that the work I needed to be done would be at $12 per hour per person + dump charges. After 3 weeks work and several conversations I was then told (again by the assistant) that the owner said I needed to pay $25 per hour per "body" (didn't matter how much work that was or was NOT done = 2 of the 9 worked with integrety) + many add ones that were never discussed plus charges for the dump that are not calculated the way he tried to say, his total which came to way over $4700 plus, don't remember exact amount. According to my documentation, there was a LOT of padding that brought the charges to this amount... I told him to stop all of the extra jobs and we made arrangements for mowing and sprinkler jobs only. They NEVER showed up - until owner came by 2 weeks later making all kinds of excuses and promises. That he would finish all of the previously discussed jobs for a total of $2500 (he said he told his assistant this was the charge) + future mowing. Then he asked for more $$$ even though he still did not provide me with a billing statement as I kept asking for - now a total of $1400 paid toward what ended up being unfinished work and bags/piles of weeding trash are still left laying all over my property. Now, after another month, still, no one has shown up. I will carry our documentation with a third party that is not Homeadvisor. At this point I am due a partial refund for the actual work done at the price I was told in the beginning (which owner agreed should be).

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I received an immediate phone call from Marlon Martinez seconds after I did a search for someone to do some yard work for me. We talked and I agreed for him to come to my home to do the yard work this past Tues. @ 2 PM. Well,Tues.- 3:00 rolls around and he hasn't shown up, so I tried to call him..several times. His phone answer message is in Spanish (which I do not speak) so I was not sure if he got my many messages or not...so I continued to call him. FINALLY I got him on the phone...he acted like he didn't even remember our appointment! He did say he would be over within the hour. So when he finally shows up...I showed him what needed to be done and we agreed on a price. He did most of the work but stated he did not have his equipment or weed killer to finish the job and would be back the next day (Wed.) to finish the job. He also said he would cut down two dead trees--keep the wood, for no charge...all would be done by 9 AM the next morning-Wed. So all day Wed.goes on and he DID NOT show up! I tried to call him all day and never could get a hold of him. So I called him countless times on Thurs. morning and FINALLY got him on the phone. He AGAIN PROMISED to be at my house around 1 PM to FINISH THE WORK I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM FOR on Thurs! Waiting all day....Marlon NEVER SHOWED UP TO FINISH THE JOB!! He never called me to let me know why or anything! I have paid this man and he NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! I doubt if I will ever hear from him again..which is fine cause right now I do not want to see this man again. I would never recommend his company or him to anyone. HE LIED AND TOOK MY MONEY NEVER FINISHING THE JOB! BEWARE OF MARLON MARTINEZ AND ADRIANA'S CLEANING & MOWING SERVICE---they do not honor their promises of finishing a job!

Marlon is the best! Needed mowing on a large lot and while talking to HomeAdvisor he was texting to find out more about my project. We talked later in the day and he took care of the mowing the next day. Kept me informed on everything. I highly recommend using him and he follows through on what he says!!

I hired Adriana's Cleaning and Mowing for spring clean-up in my yard. The crew started within a few days of contact and even worked through a freak spring snow storm. They also hauled away all of my yard waste. I would definitely use them again in the future.
