I felt the initial quote was a bit high, but asked for other things too since he was there. Of course we adjusted the bill to reflect that. Very personable. Explained in detail what needed to be done. Cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use them again

I had an extremely short time to find and hire someone to make corrections after a pre-sale inspection of a home I was selling. The husband/wife team worked my request into their schedule and completed three projects: under sink repair in the kitchen, protective sheet metal added to the garage-to-attic shuttle door, and removed a pile of discarded materials and items from the garage. The tasks were performed in a timely and professional manner, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Small Projects Painting or Staining
Very impressed with the detail of work...It's perfect! I am picky and there are no flaws. Kathryn and David are amazing. The work included, staining all the cabinets in our home, painting the base boards and door trim throughout, removing carpet from 2 bedrooms and installing tile to match the existing pattern throughout. It's been a few weeks and I am so extremely happy with the work.

Dave and Kathryn are owners and do the work themselves. An excellent and experienced home improvement team. For us it was removing the wallpaper in our bathroom and painting the walls. Because it is an older home, there were a number of issues, but they knew exactly what to do, and corrected everything before painting. Their range of skills also helped in removing/replacing items, repairing an electrical concern, and addressing mildew in the grout. Their work is masterful with with lots of attention to detail. We love our newly painted bathroom.

Came early, after calling, since they were nearby. Installed barrier to keep pigeons out of the eaves on the 2nd story. Nice work with some added touches. Cleaned up before leaving. Reasonable price. Would use them again.

They responded quickly and did get the job done. The only issue I had is that the lights looked like they were thrown up. It would have been nice if they took a little more time to make all the bulbs hang straight and not crooked.
