Initial garage door installation was 3 months later than scheduled. Very Adroit with excuses. The installation was good and the quality of the product was excellent. 1 year later I was scheduled for a tune -up. Lo and behold no call- no show. More excuses - blame it on the software. If you use this company -make sure you put this in the contract. **Time is of the essence and must be completed on scheduled date**

Tom and Kayla are very professional and a one stop solution for all your Garage door problems/questions. They are upfront in their communication and very transparent in terms of the work they carry out. The cost is very competitive compared to other vendors and committed on timings. Tom has passion for his work which is clearly outlined by his explanation of every single hardware which comes along the garage door, why it is used, what is the purpose. Very organized. I would definitely recommend them for any Garage door work. I was relatively new to Garage doors/services. But based on my interaction with Tom, I consider myself and expert after this project. Thanks Tom for educating me.

Hired Adroit in January to replace my garage door. Work not completed until March. Installer was very nice, but didn't show up until 8pm the day of installation. After about a month, door was malfunctioning. Repair team sent and addressed problem. It's now June and the garage door reopens itself when closed. Have placed 3 phone calls to schedule repair service and am yet to receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Was told to book on line. Despite promising 24/7 emergency repair service, I am now at 48 hours and waiting.

Terrible!! We paid a $1,850.00 deposit for new custom doors. I let them know upfront that I couldn't do Monday though Thursday because of my work schedule. The first install was scheduled for a Tuesday, they would not be finished by the time I need to leave for work. I'm not comfortable leaving my house unlocked while I'm away. Our second install was scheduled for 5/23/2018 and no one showed or called, the arrival window was for 8 am til 3 pm. I waited until 3:15 pm and started calling to get answers. I didn't talk to anyone until after 4 pm. They said the doors didn't come in. They failed to notify me. They said they would contact us. I waited about a week and called them. Finally, someone called and said we are 100% certain your doors are on truck and we were scheduled for an install today, June 8th. They said it would be an all day job. Someone called this time to say sorry your doors still did not come in. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I had the opportunity to work overtime and I turned it down to be home for the installation of my garage doors, and again NO DOORS. Now they don't know when they can schedule me and they refuse to give me a refund of my deposit. I would never consider this company or recommend them to anyone.

They overall did a good job. We needed a garage door replacement due to the bracket breaking off the door. They installed a new door but after installation the garage opener began having issues. The opener was old so I dont blame them for that. The installing tech also couldnt figure out why the door kept opening when the door closed all the way. Im not a garage technician but I knew immediately it was because the switch that is triggered when the mounting arm (connected to the rail) reaches the closed position needed to be moved to suit the new door. Everyone makes mistakes and this was a very minor one. A bit of trash was left on the premises after the install. Nuts, staples from the box, small broken Styrofoam that blew through my yard, etc. Again, a very minor issue. Overall, a new door and opener was pretty reasonably priced. If you need a door and opener they can definitely take care of this for you. How I rate companies. 1 being terrible and 5 being perfect. I give this company 3.5. Several minor issues and multiple appointments being rescheduled earns this rating. They work is solid and you can trust they will most likely do it correctly but dont expect the best contracting company you have ever dealt with....and thats okay. Give them a call.

They were wonderful! Working with the office staff to get estimates and information in my own timing was very easy. I loved the ability to text my questions and later on, my garage measurements. The follow up service and communication throughout the entire process was incredible. Would definitely use them again for future garage needs!

Technician (Tom) came on time. Explained the work to be performed under the Preventive Maintenance service. Suggested a few options on my inquiry of how to keep the garage warmer in the winter by minimizing the cold air leakage.

The service technician, Thomas, was excellent. His follow up was top notch as was his knowledge of the entire operating system - to include possible areas for future failure if not addressed properly. And the pricing was very reasonable. All else being equal Thomas is a veteran, Navy Corpsman for us jarheads. My kinda guy. Semper Fi!
