He was on time and was very quick.

We had a little trouble connecting but it was my phones fault. But I am so glad Roddy keep on till I had a better connection. Because he is really good at garage door installs. He is fast but very thorough. He explained everything he was doing before he did it, which I appreciated. He left my garage cleaner than when he got there. I was so impressed I had him work on two more houses that I own. The price was very good too.

He fixed my problem quickly; however, he stayed 2 hours fixing original garage door problems that the original installer did wrong. Same cost....which was cheap. He couid have told me that I needed other work done and it was going to cost x amount of dollars, but he didn’t, I knew the cost before he came and paid that amount. Excellent!!!!!!

He charges by hourly $80.00/hour, when he comes another charge $50.00 for driving to your property, finally overcharged for customer with the job not even done right.

Roddy arrived at the appointed time, he was friendly, well organized, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. When he was finished with the installation, he cleaned up everything that needed to be removed. He made sure the garage door opener was working perfectly and that I understood how to us it. His charges were reasonable.
